Delivery Policy – Hong Kong Delivery

1. Delivery charges calculation:

Free delivery upon purchase (Delivery Charges Excluded) of $500 or above ( Not applicable to No Delivery Zones). For less that $500, you will be charged $50 per order for delivery service (Not applicable to No Delivery Zones).

2. Delivery Method

Door to Door Delivery: Bliss & Bless entrusts local third-party logistics company for product delivery.

3. Service Range

3.1 We currently do not deliver to the following locations：
i. Outlying Islands, except Ma Wan, Discovery Bay & Tung Chung; the delivery service only available on every Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday (Except public holidays). The delivery time slot for Ma Wan and Discovery Bay are 12:00-16:00, while Tung Chung is 16:00-22:30;
ii. Hong Kong International Airport;
iii. Any restricted areas and areas where trucks are prohibited;
iv. Delivery services are not applicable to logistics warehouse, transshipment warehouse, warehouse that require to queue for pick up or deliver and warehouse that require to pay for entrance fee or registration fee.

4. Delivery Times

4.1 Under normal circumstances, the goods will be delivered within 2 working days after the customer receives the order confirmation email. The local third-party logistics company will be responsible for the delivery. The goods will be dispatched and delivered within 2-3 working days. (Pre-order goods excluded). Extra 1-2 working days are required for goods delivered to remote areas.

4.2 For delivery arrangement, delivery staff of the third- party logistics company will contact the customer on the day of delivery.

4.3 Delivery time may be affected by the weather, location, holidays or festivals, order quantity or other external factors. Specially-assigned person will contact you to confirm the relevant delivery details.
